Concept
A freight website that answers before you ask.
The starting point
A fictional freight forwarder whose old site was a stock photo of a container ship and a phone number. Overseas customers couldn’t tell which lanes it served, and enquiries landed in an inbox nobody checked.
The point of view
A route line that doubles as the logo leads into a lane map, a three-step rate enquiry and live tracking. Chinese and English pages share one system, and every enquiry goes straight to the sales team’s CRM.
What we explored
- Bilingual website
- Lane map & rate enquiry
- Tracking interface
- CRM-connected forms
A self-initiated design study. The name, visual identity and applications are fictional explorations, not commissioned client work.
